Daddy was right. Although we thought we were all better and Addison and Lily had finished their antibiotic and had been given the A.O.K. by the doctor, Lily woke up Wednesday morning with a bad cough. She was apparently fine on Tuesday. By Wednesday night, we took her in to acute pediatric care because it was obvious she was working hard to breathe. Our baby girl does have pneumonia. At a whopping 21 lbs., that is terrifying for Mommy and Daddy.
Lily has been a champ about the whole thing. It's obvious that the breathing treatments make her feel better because she sits so still and quietly. She is so precious and we thank God for taking care of her.
